Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
At Sarumam Pharmacy, we are committed to providing you with safe, genuine, and high-quality medicines and healthcare products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical
products, we follow strict return guidelines to ensure safety and regulatory
compliance:
- Medicines & Healthcare Products cannot be returned once sold, except in
the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product received.
- Incorrect product delivered
(different from what you ordered).
- Product delivered is past its expiry
date.
- Non-Medicinal Items (such as wellness products, devices, etc.) can be
returned if unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition, within 7 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at care @sarumam.com with your Order ID
and a clear photo/video of the product received.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after we
receive and verify the returned product (if applicable):
- Refund Eligibility:
- Approved returns due to damage,
defect, wrong item, or expired product.
- Order cancellation before dispatch.
- Refund Method:
- Refunds will be credited to the
original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
- Refund Timeline:
- It will take 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited in your account
after approval.
3. Shipping Policy
We strive to ensure timely and safe
delivery of your orders:
- Delivery Timeline:
- Orders are usually processed within
24 hours and delivered within 2-5 business days (depending on location).
- Remote locations may take longer for
delivery.
- Shipping Charges:
- It will be shown while doing the
checkout.
- Order Tracking:
- Once shipped, you will receive a
tracking link via email/SMS.
- Delivery Partners:
- We work with trusted logistics and
courier partners to ensure safe handling of your medicines.
4. Important Notes
- We comply with all applicable drug
regulations. Prescription medicines will only be shipped upon verification of a
valid prescription.
- Products must be checked upon delivery. If there are any issues, report them
within 24 hours.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product is found to
be tampered with, used, or not in the original condition.
5. Exchange & Replacement Policy
You can request an exchange or replacement within 24 hours of the original order being delivered. The exchanged or replacement order will be delivered within 3 business days from the date the request is placed.
