Payment Policy
- SARUMAM PHARMACY (hereinafter referred to as Sarumam Pharmacy, “Us”, “Our” or “We”) facilitates as a communicator between the various service providers and the user (hereinafter referred to as “You”).
- All payments made against the Orders or Services on Sarumam Platform by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Sarumam Pharmacy will not facilitate transactions with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the Orders or Services made on Sarumam Platform.
- All payments online will be processed by a third-party payment gateway provider.
- You can pay by (i) credit card or debit card or net banking; (ii) any other Reserve Bank of India approved payment method at the time of booking an Order or Service; or (iii) cash at the time of delivery.
- You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by Sarumam Platform is neither a banking nor a financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an automated online electronic payment platform for undertaking the transactions on Sarumam Platform using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks.
- For any Order placed, you agree to pay for the total amount for the Order. Sarumam Pharmacy will collect the total amount in accordance with the Terms and the pricing of product/good, set by the owner of the product/good, apart from the delivery fees if you avail delivery services. Please note that Sarumam Pharmacy cannot control any amount that you may be charged by your bank related to collection of the total amount for Sarumam Pharmacy and Sarumam Pharmacy disclaims all liability in this regard.
- In connection with the payment, you will be asked to provide customary billing information such as name, billing address, and credit card information either to Sarumam Pharmacy or our third-party payment processor. If you are directed to a third-party payment processor, you may be subject to terms and conditions governing use of that third party’s service and that third party’s personal information collection practices. Please review such terms and conditions and privacy policy before using the third-party payment processor.
- In case of any technical error or failure in a transaction made through such payment gateway, Sarumam Pharmacy will do our best to rectify the error. If the amount has been deducted but the Order has not been confirmed, the deducted amount will be credited to your account within 7 to 10 business days.Any payment related issue, except when such issue is due to a technical error or glitch or fault on Sarumam Platform shall be resolved between you and the third-party payment processor.
- Further, as the Services provided/offered by Sarumam Pharmacy may be customised in nature, the quality, type, and nature of the goods and services provided/offered will determine the final bill. The final bill, inclusive of all taxes, will be issued to you by Sarumam Pharmacy. All applicable taxes and levies, the rates thereof and the manner of applicability of such taxes will be mentioned by Sarumam Pharmacy on the bill.
- Sarumam Pharmacy are not responsible for any fraudulent or unauthorized transaction and may not be able to undo an executed transaction.
- Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the confirmed order.
